Manager stars and ingredient rank

The branch manager’s score weights Cooking and Serving by 1, Appeal by 1.5 and Procure by 1.2. Manager stars use that score. The maximum ingredient rank is determined separately by Cooking, including permanent cooking skill bonuses. A five-star manager can still have a lower ingredient limit.

Cooking 100 / 150 / 250 / 350 / 450 unlocks ingredient ranks 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 respectively; lower Cooking permits rank 4. The planner shows the first level that permits rank 9. Ingredient Prep and Drink Maker affect their own jobs and are not included in displayed base wages or recipe prices.
